1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to access luminaresearch.shop or place an order. By using the site you represent that you are a qualified researcher, or an authorized representative of a qualified research institution, and that any materials purchased will be used strictly for in-vitro laboratory research.
2. Products and intended use
All products supplied by Lumina Research are laboratory reagents. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary consumption.
3. Orders and pricing
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, incorrect pricing, or inability to verify the purchaser. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
4. Returns
Because our products are laboratory reagents, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. Damaged shipments or fulfillment errors are covered — contact support@luminaresearch.shop within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund.
5. Compliance and responsibility
You are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, local, and institutional laws and regulations that apply to your purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of Lumina Research materials. You agree to indemnify Lumina Research against any claim arising from misuse or unlawful use.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
