Placing an order with Lumina Research constitutes acceptance of every clause below. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use these products.
Intended use
All Lumina Research products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Not for human or veterinary use
Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and must not be administered to humans or animals. They must not be used in food, drugs, cosmetics, or any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure.
Qualified researcher
You confirm that you are a qualified researcher, or an authorized representative of a qualified research institution, purchasing for legitimate research purposes, with the training, facilities, and authorization required to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.
Handling and compliance
You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety guidelines — including any import, export, and local regulations that apply to your purchase.
No resale for prohibited use
You agree not to resell, relabel, or otherwise distribute Lumina Research materials for any purpose prohibited by this agreement or by applicable law.

By completing checkout you affirm that every representation above is true and that Lumina Research materials will be used solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research.
